Production system for underfloor heating

This system serves the production of convection heaters with single or double radiant panels from aluminium. The fins are produced during the first process step. The material is fed directly from the coil to the press here. In the next step, the individual fins are automatically threaded onto a U-bend tube. Multiple fins are consolidated to produce a package, before being precisely positioned with an NC-axis. Two convection heaters are always produced simultaneously here.

After threading the fins on, the U-tube is flared on the next machine, in order to achieve optimum heat conductivity between the fins and the stainless steel tube.
