Chipless tube separation system

The cam-controlled tube separation system serves to facilitate the chipless cutting of tubes to lengths ranging from 41mm to 937 mm. The setting is implemented using a tube stop grid of 50 mm with infinite fine adjustment.

During the process two tubes are always fed to the tandem stop at the same time and subsequently automatically cut to length with the rotary cutter. The rocker for the rotary cutter is triggered via a contact protection relay on the stop and moved by means of cam control.
