Leak-tightness testing

With the aid of this test basin, tubular radiators are tested for leak-tightness. The heating elements are shifted over a roller conveyor onto the lifting frame of the test basin or, depending on the version, inserted by hand and charged with a test pressure of 12 bar. Actuating a foot switch causes the lifting frame to drive down into the test basin with the heating element, and to drive up again after testing.

The basins are available in a range of dimensions and versions.
