Timber wall screwing system

Using the screwing system for solid timber elements, multiple layers of wood are combined with a wood screw to produce a solid timber wall. The first processing step here is the drilling of the core hole. The next unit forms the thread, before the last processing unit screws in the wood screw. The entire process takes place fully automatically.
The system is able to process workpiece sizes of around 3.6m x 10m with a wall thickness of between 9cm and 40cm.
