Automated system for mandrel and support assembly

This system serves to facilitate the fully automated assembly of various parts into fuel lines from stainless steel. An integrated application-specific position detection and position orientation system guarantees the position-orientated feed-in and assembly of the parts.

All joint parameters (pressure/force/path..) are constantly monitored and checked for safety reasons. The installed parts are soldered for pressure-tightness after the joining process.

It is possible to process various tube diameters (8 mm -12 mm) and tube lengths (100 mm - 1000 mm) on this system.
