Using the hub tap welding machine, tubular radiator elements are welded in the resistance welding process to produce tubular radiator blocks of various lengths and with varying element numbers. The machine is designed for welding 2 to 6 column elements into a tubular radiator block. Both hubs are welded at the same time, whereby the number of weld points can be changed on the operating panel. The elements are manually inserted in the machine by the operator. The tubular radiator elements welded into the block are transferred to the customer's conveyance system with the aid of the hydraulically controlled swivel tower.
The machine can be width-adjusted to the corresponding element height.
